The USB 2.0 connecting cable is used to connect the inverter with a PC with the Easy Starter Leeson Engineering tool. The Easy Starter serves to configure the inverter via graphical interfaces. It can create diagnostics with trend functions or monitor parameter values.
Note: If you connect the inverter directly to the PC without a USB hub, the USB interface can provide enough power to the VFD to read and write parameters.
